Request

When requesting a graphic or specific design, we ask that you provide the following details via email to creativekeygroup@gmail.com | If texted, a $10.00 fee will be applied.

• Event Title/Name, Color scheme, Contact info

• Approved Photo(s) with corresponding Names/Titles

• Wording / Phrasing i.e. Themes, quotes etc.

• QR Code (please let us know if you would like a QR code for your project)

• Expedite request (if applicable)

Turnaround Time

Our turnaround time is 1-5 Business Days depending on selection. After a 50% deposit or full payment of your invoice has been received, work will commence. A rush order MUST be specified in the initial request via email.

Proofs

Project design will begin after your invoice is paid. A proof of your design will be provided in the appropriate turnaround time. We ask that you respond to the proof within 24-48 hours. Once proof is reviewed and approved a final copy of the design will be emailed to you. If your full payment has not been received after your approved proof is sent, the watermark will remain until the invoice is paid in full. After 3 days of invoice sent, $10.00 fee will be applied everyday after.

Revisions

We offer 3 complimentary edits on each project. The 4th edit is an additional $25.00, after that each additional edit will increase in increments of $5.00 i.e. $30.00, $35.00, $40.00 etc.

Payments

You will receive an invoice via email and /or your mobile phone number. All payments can be made thru our “Square” invoice system. We take in the invoice link, cash app as well as wire transfers.

Refunds

Unfortunately, we are saddened and we apologize in advance if our custom design does not match your expectations. However, due to time labored thru designing as well as communication, deposits are non - refundable.
